I can't guarantee that the formulas are correct, but you may find them useful if you too are trying to work through these calculations. My goal is to create a spread sheet that will offer a systematic approach, and all the calculations required in the design of a year round thermally balanced (70F +/- 10F) aquaponic green house system.
